silks and velvet. We carefully inspect the fabric and construction
of each piece before selecting the cleaning technique best suited to
your material. Our exclusive Heaven's Best cleaning solution is
formulated to provide the safest, most effective cleaning available
to extend the life of your investment.
We use the same cleaning solution for both carpet & upholstery
cleaning. The upholstery is cleaned using an extraction unit. The
cleaning solution is applied to the furniture, and then after it has
broken up the soil, both soil and cleaning solution are extracted
from the furniture. Please note that when cleaning upholstery,
drying time will vary depending upon the type of fabric being
cleaned.
Heaven's Best Upholstery
Cleaning includes:
1. We pre-inspect each piece to determine the type of
fabric, condition, colorfastness, stains and overall soiling. We will
always point out areas of concern
2. We will prepare the area (s) in which we will be
cleaning in an effort to protect surrounding furnishings and floor
3. We pre-vacuum to remove dry loose soil, dust
mites, animal dander etc
4. Pre-treat heavily soiled areas and/or stains
5. Using an upholstery brush and terry towels we
lightly agitate the fabric to loosen the soil and stains
6. The soil is then extracted from the fabric using
our proprietary cleaner
7. The fabric is then groomed and prepared for drying
8. A high powered air mover will be placed near the
upholstery to speed up the drying process. (upholstery dry time varies
and averages 2-6 hours)
We recommend applying Heaven’s Best
fabric protector to help prevent staining and extend the life of your
fabrics.
We also offer a “Dust Down” service – an
economical deep vacuuming treatment for upholstery that is not heavily
soiled and is in good shape. Our “dust down” service gets rid of dry
soil contaminants such as dust mites, pollen, household dust and dander.
